Scientific and technological events in Europe

Participation in scientific and technological events is very important for disseminating the project and its results, as well as to build up and activate networks and direct contacts.

Horizon 2020 Consortia use their participation in events as an additional opportunity to disseminate the project and its results, to facilitate knowledge sharing and personal interaction with targeted audiences from the EU. Especially the academic partners of the Consortia have an interest in publishing research results through specialized conferences and other events with papers, presentations, and workshop sessions (mainly for scientific dissemination).

In the course of 2020, the organization and the participation in events face barriers due to the Coronavirus Covid-19 outbreak. However, numerous events are being organized to take place online in 2021 (with a live stream available) and (hopefully) in-person during 2022.

Here you are a list of portals for the scouting of scientific and technological events also supported by the European Commission.
